What is composting food with aerobic digestion?

Aerobic digestion is a process of digestion by microorganisms which remove odors and harmful substances. Compared to anaerobic digestion which causes toxic gases and bad odors, it is a safer and more pleasant process.Instead, CO2 is produced as a natural cycle when waste food decomposes in our food composter. It is both environmentally friendly and safe. After all, our food composters emits natural CO2 and completely greens the earth.

What are the things the food waste disposer can't break down?

Putting in wastes not categorized as food waste such as shells, hard bones (from pork, beef, or lamb), fossil plastics, dishes, glass may lead to failure.

Would the output of the liquid food digester be harmful?

NO. All of our products are meant to be environmentally friendly, and all of our processes rely on environmentally friendly microbes and water. Microorganisms are extremely common and can be found all around us. Even microorganisms found in our products are not dangerous to humans unless they are consumed.
Furthermore, all of our products produce solely water and CO2 as a result of the activation of microbes. It completely greens discarded food. All of these products are environmentally friendly and circulate naturally.

Does the food composters have a distinctive smell?

No. the machines that are compostinf food waste has a mechanical door seal, which eliminates the possibility of leaking. Deodorization systems, as well as an automatic water/flush system, are available from the liquid food digester Furthermore, our microbes have their own scents, allowing them to detect odor.
Furthermore, the breakdown is used to speed up the natural process so that no odor or smell is produced.

DOES THE MACHINE EVER NEED TO BE TURNED OFF?

How does the food digester weigh the amount of waste food?

There are load cells mounted on each corner of the digester. These weigh the total weight of the digester. On installation, the software calibrates itself so it knows the empty weight. From there, the software knows how much is in the food composter and how much is added each time.

Food composter.com has different sizes of digesters. How do we determine what size of digester to buy?

Every day, weigh the waste and keep track of it. If you can’t weigh the waste food every day for a week, weigh it on Saturday, Monday, and Wednesday. Take the average. A machine’s capacity is also determined by the length of your working day. You’ll need a smaller machine if you add the same amount of waste food at regular intervals over an 18-hour day than if you dispose of the same amount of waste food over an eight-hour day.

If food waste is decomposed into water and carbon dioxide, is that water clean, not harmful to the environment?

This water does no harm to the environment as it is released in accordance with the Waterworks standards. Our Korean Manufacturer produces products according to the recently established Collective Certification Standard in compliance with the provisions of Sewerage Act. Since the Korea has first highest population density among countries belonging to OECD (Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development), the extent of regulation related to environment is very strong including Waterworks standard which allows us to meet most of Waterworks laws from across the globe.

Is the digester chopping or grinding up the waste food?

The fresh waste food is mixed with the old waste food and the Powerzymes in the digester (microorganisms). The decomposition of discarded food mostly creates water, CO2, and heat. Small pieces of undigested food will reach the exit stream if waste food is chopped or crushed, raising TSS (total suspended solids) and BOD levels (biological oxygen demand). The digester’s motor is only used to combine, or slowly swirl, the waste. It only operates for a fraction of the time, reducing the amount of electricity used.

Isn’t carbon dioxide released in this way harmful to customers and the environment?

The amount of carbon dioxide released from the food waste disposer is much smaller than that released when incinerating and burying it in the land. As it emits a very small quantity of carbon dioxide as much as when people breathe, it is hard to say it is dangerous.

Is the food composter a batch process?

No. You add waste food at any time. The machine is constantly digesting the waste.
